If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Manufacturer warranties apply to defects discovered after the 30-day return period.
